Océ (Singapore) Pte Ltd was officially incorporated in November 1992 when Océ Singapore bought over the share of Hagemeyer in the Océ-Hagemeyer joint venture that was incorporated on 4th October 1976.
Since December 2002, Océ has transferred all the business operations of Direct Export in the Asian region to Océ Singapore, making Océ Singapore the Asia Hub. The role of Direct Export Singapore is to coordinate business operations with the distributors throughout East, South and Central Asia.
The Singapore office, which is located at Ubi Road 1, has over 160 employees to date.
Besides the Sales, Service and other supportive departments, the office also houses the Océ International Training Center Training Academy Asia Pacific team which provides training support to the Océ operating companies and distributors in the Asia Pacific region.
Océ Singapore's products and services are offered via the company's own direct sales and service organisation. This ensures a constant flow of up-to-date market and customer information.

It offers integral solutions for small format (max. A3) document output management in the form of hardware (printers, copiers and scanners), software, consultancy and service.
Océ products are focused on a broad spectrum of professional users, mainly customers in office environments, including reprographic companies and customers (mostly print-for-pay) that are specialized in producing high print volumes for their customers.
In the office environment, the customers are principally financial institutions and providers of legal services, telecom and utility businesses, public sector services and education as well as industrial, trading and consultancy companies. Customers for the (very) high volume machines include direct mail businesses, commercial printers, digital print providers, reprographics businesses (quick printers and copy shops) and specialized statement printers.

Wide Format Printing Systems supplies wide format document and printing systems and offers a broad range of print media (both bulk and specialties) for use with these systems. Customers of Wide Format Printing Systems use these systems for technical applications and indoor and outdoor advertising. Customers include construction companies, architectural and engineering offices, industrial corporations, utility and telecom companies, the government, the graphic arts sector and the advertising industry. They also comprise 'job printers': businesses that perform document activities for others.
